Canberra will NOT become a ‘drug fantasyland’

Concerns have been raised that the decriminalisation of low-level possession of certain drugs in October will result in Canberra becoming a ‘drug fantasyland’.

Coming two years after the ACT decriminalised low-level cannabis possession, Canberra Criminal Defence Lawyer Adrian McKenna expects the change will shift community understanding of addiction.
