Jackie Fitzgerald is the Executive Director of the Bureau of Crimes Statistics and Research. BOCSAR assists policy makers and administrators in the criminal justice system to develop and implement strategies which reduce crime, and provide a more efficient, effective, and equitable justice system by identifying factors that affect the distribution and frequency of crime.
