In case you needed a little pick-me-up on this cold and rainy day, Men’s Health Week Southern Cross Care WA has interviewed a resident of one of its retirement communities, Mike, about how he found new love.

Mike’s wife, Lila, died after they moved into the Margaret Hubery Village in Rossmoyne 22 years ago. But the way he speaks about Heather, his partner and neighbour at the village since 2006, shows how finding love has been critical to his health and wellbeing in his later years.
